| Main duties of placement: | List of appointments: each appointment 20 minutes long. Some days "on duty" appointments that patients have booked that day as emergency appointments. |
| Typical work pattern: | Daily Monday to Friday 9:30-18:00. |
| Learning opportunities: | Primary care problem cases seen every day; opportunity to ask for GP partners' advice and help if needed. Referrals to Hospital. |
| Teaching: | Morning management meetings. Plus 1 day a month FY2 teaching with other FY2s based in LIDGH or the Belford Hospital. |
| Unique selling points: | Being treated like a GP despite only being an FY2. No nights or weekends. |
