Seafield Hospital, Buckie

Main duties of placement:

Seafield Hospital work, supervised surgeries, involvement in Chronic Disease Management.

Typical work pattern:

9 am-5pm or 6pm; 1/2 day release to FY2 teaching at Dr Grays Hospital Elgin.

Learning opportunities:

Supervised Community Hospital and GP consultations, coffee time discussions, practice meetings and lunchtime educational meetings/Protected Learning Time (individual and practice).

Teaching:

At least 1 hr per week with GP tutor or other partners.

Unique selling points:

Excellent premises, fitness gym for patient and staff use, recreational opportunities including sailing and sea kayaking.
