Main duties of placement:

Ward rounds, ward work, opportunity to teach and outpatient neurovascular clinic.

Typical work pattern:

Day shifts, some long days covering the rest of the hospital, some weekends on AMAU.

Learning opportunities:

Ward teaching, MDT meetings and opportunity to teach medical students.

Teaching:

1 hour per week mandatory FY1 teaching.
