| Main Duties of Placement | Daily ward round of CCU (6 beds). Daily ward round of cardiology patients ~15. Occasional exercise test cover. Weekly Multidisciplinary Meeting. |
| Typical Work Pattern | Standard day 9am to 5pm. Participation in medical on-call rota (full shift). |

| Teaching | Opportunities for shadowing of more senior teachers’ work. 1 full day per month group teaching including facilitated case-based discussion, mandatory for FY2 trainees in Inverness. |
