| Main Duties of Placement | Ward Reviews, outpatient clinic, admission of emergency patients. |
| Typical Work Pattern | Full shift 9-5 Monday to Friday. 1 in 6 weekends on-call Saturday and Sunday (48 hours). |
| Learning Opportunities | 1 day FY2 teaching per month with other FY2s at LIDGH or very occasionally Belford Hospital. |
| Teaching | Monthly all day FY2 teaching, one Wednesday per month. 1 hour Peer teaching (every 2nd Tuesday). |
