| Main duties of placement: | Pre-operative assessment/preparation. On-call shifts including gynae referrals, obstetric emergencies and assessment of obstetric patients. |
| Typical work pattern: | Full shift; HAN shifts include O&G cover. |
| Learning opportunities: | Mainly clinic- and theatre-based teaching. Lots of opportunity for both if you're interested. Weekly gynae/onc MDM. Monthly neonatal meetings. |
