Main duties of placement: | Outpatient clinics. Assisting in emergency and elective theatre. Assessment of obstetric triage patients and emergency gynaecology patients. Ward-based care. |
Typical work pattern: | 1 in 3 weekends. 4 sets of nights in the 4-month block. On call shifts are 8-8.30. 'Normal' days are 9-5. |
