Typical work pattern: | Full shift |
Learning opportunities: | Constant senior supervision so lots of on the floor teaching supervision. Morning handover meeting lasting 30 minutes when interesting cases are discussed from previous 24 hours. |
Teaching: | Protected 2 hours teaching every Thursday morning. |
Unique selling points: | Varied workload with more trauma than other hospitals due to helipad. Significant consultant supervision. |
