Main duties of placement: |

Typical work pattern: | Three full days, one half day and one long day per week. Three to four weekends per four month block (cross cover). At least seven nights per four month block (crosscover for Gynae, Orthopaedics and ENT). |

Teaching: | Teaching takes place every Friday afternoon for all trainees/registrars. |
Unique selling points: | Varied working roles including clinic, theatre and ward work/clerk-ins. Very approachable seniors. Consultants are very hands on and willing to teach. Excellent Medical Library and Education Centre/Postgraduate facilities. |
