Main Duties of Placement	Assessment of paediatric and adult patients. Opportunities to manage true emergencies and minor presentations.
Typical Work Pattern
Learning Opportunities	Regular contact with seniors multiple times per day. Departmental teaching 1-hour weekly.
Teaching	Mandatory protected teaching time for: NHS Fife Medical Education Services FY2 Core Education Programme delivering 1 hour per week. NHS Fife Medical Education Services FY2 Core Simulation Programme delivering 3 sessions per block. Department teaching: Departmental internal teaching programme 1 hour per week.
