| Main Duties of Placement | This rotation will involve working within acute medical receiving on the combined assessment unit, acute surgical receiving on the surgical assessment unit and rotating through the critical care unit. Duties will be assessing and clerking new admissions, and working alongside receiving teams for the ongoing management and investigation of patients. The rotation through critical care will involve working within the critical care team caring for both high dependency and intensive care patients. |
