Main Duties of Placement | Providing psychiatric input to medium secure forensic psychiatry service at Rowanbank clinic. Joining multidisciplinary team members in assessing patients for medium security, working with MDT members in providing forensic opinions. Working with forensic consultant psychiatrist in community forensic psychiatry clinics |
Typical Work Pattern | Monday – Friday 9-5pm. On call duties – 1 in 11 day time on call, 1 in 22 nights – on call is part of the general psychiatry rota at McKinnon House on the Stobhill hospital site. |

Unique Selling Points | Opportunities exist via the clinical supervisor’s involvement with SPSP and our research and audit program to get involved with audit and quality improvement programs under consultant supervision.
