| Main Duties of Placement | Day to day management of patients on renal unit, including conducting ward rounds and attending rounds led by more senior doctors. Holding renal referral/advice phone (but with full support of consultants). Rotation to Medical Assessment Unit and Acute Medical Receiving Unit. Out-of-hours cover to other medical wards. |
| Typical Work Pattern | 9-5 interspersed with long days, weekends, nights and zero days. |
