| Main Duties of Placement | 4-5 clinics per week. Theatre half day per week. Other times ward-based attached to two named Consultants. |
| Typical Work Pattern | In 4 months there are 2 weeks of nights split 4/3 and two or three weeks of 8am-9pm day-time on-call. |
| Learning Opportunities | In addition to above there are some opportunities for scopes. |
| Teaching | Formal teaching on Thursday (up to 2 hours). Two full days mandatory regional teaching. |
