Educational Opportunities:
- We have 3 trainers within the practice but training is fully supported by the whole team as it is seen as an integral part of the practice
- We encourage full participation in all management and educational activities
- 3 tutorials are given each week as well as a debriefing/feedback session after each surgery
- Trainees attend the weekly multidisciplinary meeting and the weekly business meeting
- There are regular in-house educational meetings
- Full day release every 2 weeks arranged by Ayrshire and Arran Trainers Group
