The Practice
- We are a large training practice supported by 6 Partners, a Salaried GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Prescribing Nurse, a Treatment Room Nurse, a Health Care Assistant, a Phlebotomist, a Clinical Pharmacist and a large reception/admin team. We offer the usual full range of services and some additional services such as minor surgery, joint injections and INR clinics.Â
Educational Opportunities
- Our varied demographic offers great experience in a wide range of conditions and ensures our trainees are exposed to the full breadth of primary care. We train FY2s as well as STs and all trainees receive regular tutorials and are encouraged to participate in multidisciplinary and educational meetings. Our trainers attend regular trainers meetings and have attended the RCGP CSA course and Approved Educational Supervisor Workshops. We offer our own mock CSA exam in the practice to help improve trainees’ chances of success. We believe we are a great place to train, in lovely premises in a good location. We welcome informal visits to see firsthand what our practice has to offer.
