  • We have had consistently good feedback from our Registrars
  • We currently employ five of our previous Registrars
  • You will be a valued member of our team
  • When appropriate for your experience, telephone consulting prior to every appointment, allows you to know what condition you are likely to be dealing before you see the patient
  • Low rates of deprivation and a practice population who are motivated to improve their health
  • We highly value a team-based approach and work closely with our Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist and Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist

 Educational Opportunities/Advantages

  • We are an experienced group of GPs and nurses who like to work in a friendly and relaxed environment.
  • We are committed to providing high quality medical care for our patients. We have twice daily team meetings during the day so that the whole practice team is aware of what is happening in the practice throughout the day.
  • We greatly value our ST1 and ST3 Registrars and are keen to provide you with a very good supportive learning environment. You will have twice-weekly tutorials in protected time that are based on your educational needs. Our Practice Manager, Salaried partners and Advance Nurse Practitioners all take a role in training.
  • Consultation length is tailored to your ability and adapted and shortened as your skills and confidence improve.
  • We run our own Problem Based Small Group Learning sessions (PBSGL) and all clinical members of the team are invited to these sessions.
  • We have established links with other practices in more deprived areas to allow Registrars to experience practices with a different demographic for a short time during their ST3 year.
