Practice Information

We are a well established training practice situated in the South Side of Glasgow. 

We have 4 partners in our practice, 3 of whom have completed the trainers’ course. We have good relationships with our District Nurse Service, Health Visitors and local hospice nurse and have regular meetings with them which our trainees are invited to attend.  We also have regular clinical team meetings and SEA meetings. We have a minor op clinic, a drug clinic, a resident pharmacist and we have recently been allocated an asylum seeker Links Worker.

We are in a purpose-built building which has been extended to include a teaching suite and our ST3 doctor has their own room. We have ST doctors, FY2 doctors and undergraduate medical students in the practice.

We were recently reaccredited as a training practice for the maximum 3-year period with an excellent rating from the postgraduate team and no recommendations for change.  We have positive feedback from our trainees.
