Advantages/ opportunities of working in your practice

We are a new training practice and are enthusiastic in training our future GPs. Three of the partners have recently completed their own training so have a clear understanding of what you need to do for GP training and support you along the way. If you are less than full time, you will be fully supported by your trainer at all times and days of work are flexible. We have a strong family ethos in practice and you will be encouraged to attend practice BBQs and Christmas nights out – we all work well as a team and the trainees are part of that.
